How much cheaper is the DIY option?
DIY customers save on the consultation and installation fees, making it a significantly more affordable option while still getting the same premium custom blinds.
Is Full-Service available outside Austin, TX?
Currently our in-home Full-Service option is available within the Austin, TX metro area. We're actively expanding — contact us to be notified when we reach your area.
Can I switch from DIY to Full-Service?
Absolutely. If you start with a virtual consultation and decide you'd prefer in-person service (and you're in our service area), just let us know and we'll arrange it.
What if my DIY installation doesn't fit?
We guarantee our measurement verification process. If a blind doesn't fit due to a measurement error on our end, we'll remake it at no charge.
